Tom Hays graduated from New England Institute in Boston, class of 1987. He then joined his family's funeral business, Hays Funeral Home in Northborough, as a third-generation funeral director. Tom dedicated the next 31 years to funeral serice in Northborough and surrounding communities until his retirement in 2018.
